To delete a table in Excel, follow these steps depending on whether you want to remove just the table formatting or the entire data:
1. Delete Table Formatting but Keep Data

Click anywhere inside the table.

Go to the Table Design tab (on Mac, it is called Table Layout).

In the Tools group, click Convert to Range.

Confirm by clicking Yes.
This action removes the table functionality while keeping the data in the same cells. Any structured references in formulas will revert to standard cell references.
2. Delete the Entire Table and Data
