Methods to
Remove Single Hyperlinks
Using Right-Click Menu
Right-click any cell with a
hyperlink. Select "Remove Hyperlink" from the dropdown menu. The
formatting returns to normal text while preserving the cell content.
Using
Keyboard Shortcut
Select the hyperlinked cell. Press
Ctrl+Shift+F9 on Windows. Mac users need to use the right-click method since
this shortcut doesn't exist on macOS.
Methods to Remove Multiple Hyperlinks

- Select all cells containing hyperlinks by dragging or
using Ctrl+Click (Cmd+Click on Mac)
- Right-click any selected cell
- Choose "Remove Hyperlinks" (plural form
appears when multiple cells are selected)
- All hyperlinks disappear simultaneously
Removing All Hyperlinks from the Entire Worksheet

Hyperlinks" to eliminate every hyperlink in the worksheet.
Using Clear

Removing
Hyperlinks with VBA

hyperlinks from selection:
Selection.Hyperlinks.Delete

Remove All Hyperlinks in Workbook

Sub RemoveAllHyperlinks()
Dim ws As Worksheet
