To unhide row 1 in Excel, follow these steps:

Select the rows around the hidden row

Click on the row header for row 2. This highlights the entire row.

Move the cursor to the top-left corner of the sheet, where the row numbers meet the column letters. Click the Select All button (the small square) to select all cells. This ensures row 1 is included even if it's hidden.

Unhide using the right-click menu

Right-click on the row header of row 2.

Click Unhide. Row 1 will now appear.

Unhide using the Ribbon

Go to the Home tab.

In the Cells group, click Format.
