To freeze multiple top rows in excel, follow the below steps;
Step 1: Select the row below the rows you want to free( This tells excel that everything above the selected row remains frozen)
For example, if you want to freeze top 2 rows, select row 3
Step 2:Go to the View tab on the ribbon
Step 3: In the Window group, click Freeze Panes.
